How does the row counter work?
Tap the counter to move forward one row, and tap minus to go back. Each row is timed automatically, so you can see how long your rows actually take.
Can I track more than one part in a project?
Yes. Add a separate counter for each part — back, front, sleeves — name them the way you think about them, and swipe between them as you go.
I forgot my password or can't sign in.
Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen, or email us at hello.inarow@gmail.com and we'll help you get back in.
How do I delete my account or my data?
You can delete your account in the app's settings. You can also email hello.inarow@gmail.com and we'll remove your account and data for you.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are handled through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions to manage or cancel at any time.
